What do I get my coaching session?

Your weight management program includes one personalized session with a certified bodybugg® coach. Phone consultations will give you the accountability and individual attention you need to achieve your goals quickly and safely!

Your Session:

(Your assigned bodybugg® Coach will contact you within 2-3 business days of your purchase)

• Your coach will make sure you know how to manage your deficit, understand portion sizes and how to log your food.
• You'll discuss nutritional supplement recommendations
• Learn tips for hitting your target average deficit
• Talk about long-term success
• Discuss options after your six-month subscription

Session Cancellation Policy

Please note that you must give at least a 24-hour notice (by phone or e-mail) to cancel or reschedule a session appointment with your bodybugg coach. If you do not give a 24-notice, your session will be forfeited without refund.
